Job Description

Advanced Skills Development Project for Financial Advisors with 12-month income guarantee plan and quarterly bonuses, annual bonuses and personal career coaches throughout the project

Job details and responsibilities

Expand the customer base in the Wealth group (insurance and funds) and maintain quality relationships with customers.

Analyze the financial needs of customers, create appropriate financial plans to help customers achieve their financial goals (financial planning applications are available)

Provide protection and security for customers through life and health insurance products, design retirement plans and strategies.

Recommend investments to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Update investment news to support customer portfolio management.

Learn and operate in accordance with current laws, regulations, ethics, rules and company policies.

Facilitate and support customer transactions via Digital Platform and can recommend the company's applications for easy access to information, which is directly beneficial to customers, including CRM that the company has created to build long-term relationships with customers.

Continuously develop oneself to enhance professionalism (Life-Long Learning) and participate in training according to the standard criteria.

Work as a team with sales team, experts in various financial products and related departments to ensure appropriateness of use and presentation to customers to achieve goals with customers as the center.

Participate in the development of the organization, be open to listening to the team's ideas, and express them constructively.
